The Lifetime Replacement Policy is effective after the initial 30-Day Perfect Fit Policy detailed here. The Lifetime Replacement Policy is important since tungsten carbide rings cannot be re-sized. Our Lifetime Replacement Policy will cover all future size replacement needs, as well as damage needs. Our tungsten carbide rings are the highest quality and the hardest rings available, but do not be fooled by claims that tungsten carbide is completely indestructible. These claims are made by companies that do not offer lifetime replacement. Even a diamond, the hardest substance on earth, can be damaged. Sizing and unrestricted damage replacement are the important foundations of the Lifetime Replacement Policy. In the highly unlikely event that a ring is damaged in any way, it will be replaced, no questions asked! This process, which is the same for lifetime size exchanges, involves only a small deductible. This means that you will be receiving a brand-new ring, at a fraction of the price! The replacement policy even covers rings that are cracked off during medical removal (An easy 2 minute process detailed under our FAQ’s section). There is no limit to how many times you can take advantage of this policy. If your original ring was engraved, your new ring will be re-engraved for free. The deductible is all-inclusive and covers the shipping and handling of the ring back to you. We do not have any extra charges, there are no hidden fees, and every ring qualifies regardless of condition!

Before placing your order please make sure of your correct finger size. Our rings are comfort fit on the inside of ring. This means there is a slight roundness to the inside of the ring allowing the center part to fit closer to the finger than the outer edges. 9. Who pays for import taxes?

In our store, you will only have to pay for the products and shipping feight, not including import taxes. As we know, the customs in some countries will charge import taxes, while others not. Different countries have different regulations. 
The actual paperwork and initial payment of charges for customs clearance is handled by the courier, and the recipient (that is you)of the goods is later charged the total fee when signing for the packages.
Usually these taxes and charges are not very much, but in some countries they could be a little big higher. You'll need to contact your country's customs office or your chosen courier if you would like details of the likely charges in advance.

10.How to lower the import taxes?

Though it is tricky with import duties, the best we can do is declare the value of the shipped goods at the lowest nominal market price as a standard assumption, which may still be taxable. However, you may find you just need to pay some nominal import duties.
This lowest market price is based on the manufacturing origin and might not be reflective of how much the item will cost you if bought in your local retail market.
We won't declare it too low, which might catch the attention of the custom. Once they check your package, they will ask you to provide the detailed information including payment information. Then they will charge the import duties based on the actual value, not the low value we provided.
Another way to declare it as personal gift. But it seems that it doesn't work so well.
The last tricky way is that if you happened to work in a factory related to our product. We can declare it as faulty return to you at a very low price.
11. How much tax do I need to pay?

You may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered from us arrived in your country. The best bet is to call your local custom office for exact tariff duties you will have to pay.You will need to provide them with information such as what the tape is made of eg: Vinyl. the country of origin and maybe the quantity to be imported.
